What is Online Personal Training?  Online Personal Training is the delivery of customized workouts  with individualized exercises prescribed by a certified personal trainer through StayFitAnywhere.   Using any piece of hardware that has internet access, you can log in to StayFitAnywhere and have access to OPT.  Online Personal Training is just like working out with a personal trainer with a few small differences.  Your Online Personal Trainer will:

·         Create individualized workouts that cater to your goals just as a personal trainer would. 

·         Ensure that you are motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals just as a personal trainer would. 

·         Help you to set and achieve your goals just as a personal trainer would. 

·         Be your resource person for all your health and fitness questions just as a personal trainer would. 

 

The only thing your Online Personal Trainer won’t be able to do is count your reps and analyze your movements as you do them.  Nothing will be able to replace one on one instruction from a qualified certified personal trainer, but Online Personal Training is the next evolution of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost!
