Exercise of the Week: Ground Pushup

*Start position: Lay face down on the floor with hands under shoulders, create tension throughout your body
*Finish position: Shoulders over hands, straight line ankles to ears
*Middle position: See if you can go from floor to top position without losing the straight line position of your body
