Exercise of the Week: Cliff Harvey on Nature’s Multi-Vitamins

I don’t have a physical exercise for you to try out this week. Just a quick clip from a seminar I attended this weekend by Cliff Harvey on Nutrition for Fighters at Universal MMA in North Vancouver. In this clip Cliff talks about the importance of food quality vs food quanity aka “Starving to Death on a Full Stomach” and he tells you what Nature’s Multi-Vitamins are… all in about 60seconds.
