*Keep heel locked down to the floor
*Drive knee forward so that it touches the wall
*Toes need to be a distance away from the wall that still makes it a challenge for your knee to touch the wall but not so much of a challenge that your heel lifts off the floor
*This exercise is great for ankle mobility and will provide a great calf/soleus stretch
