Exercise of the Week: Squat to Plank

JN’s Notes on the video above:

  • Get into each position (squat and pushup plank) and spend some time figuring out what feels right
  • It is your goal to be able to go back and forth between each position without standing, sitting, or laying down
  • See if you can go for 5mins straight… if you can, go longer
  • This is a great game to play while watching TV, yes I said game…
  • When you feel pretty comfortable in each position you can start experimenting with different variations
  • This is more of an opportunity to explore movement than to burn calories
