The games are a great way to trick us into working out our muscles! I brought my husband Dave for the first time, and he liked it too. He was afraid it'd be too "military" like, but was pleased with the style of the workout while also getting great exercise! He'll definitely be back for more when I can drag him to another one. As for me, as long as it's not raining too hard tonight, I'll see you at tonight's bootcamp!

This was my first Bootcamp event and I was pleasantly surprised. I found myself smiling more than I thought I would and although some exercises were tough, I was motivated to keep going and I finished the 90 minutes feeling invigorated. The games we played reminded me of why children are in such good shape...I forgot how much you run in simple games children play. I thought the workout was a great balance between traditional exercises and games that didn't feel like working out at all. Great leaders, great people and overall an awesome event!
